"I have been riding since 1995. I have owned many GoldWings, crotch rockets, cruisers, BMW's, Triumph, Yamahas, sport tourers and now I own a brand new 2009 Concours 14. This is the finest sport tourer made in my opinion. I enjoy it much more than the 2007 GoldWing I still own and ride. For two up riding the WING is King. For one up sport touring and riding to work this New Concours rocks. My gas mileage is and honest 42 to 43 MPG. For the horse power and performance you can not ask for more from any bike. This bike is smooth as glass at 100 MPH. I suggest a Throttlemiester throttle lock to give your wrist a break. I have never known a nicer bunch of people than these people who own and work at this dealership. If you are local stop and see these people, they will cut you a great deal and you will be happy with them. I am a long time big time Honda guy, this is my first Kawasaki and I think I made a great choice. The Concours is sport tourer bike of the year in some motor mags. If you are a sport touring person check this awesome bike out. Yes the heat from the motor on this 2009 is a bit warm but hey that is a small thing with me. I love this bike.

"I have a 2007 Vulcan 900 Classic LT, which I purchased from Grapevine Kawasaki. This is my first bike and I bought it with the intention of taking a vacation to Colorado with friends. I was leaning towards the Nomad 1600 at first, because I just wasn't sure how the 900 would perform at higher altitude. The sales staff realized this was my first bike and felt the 900 would be a better choice at this time. They assured me it would perform just fine in the mountains. I just got back from that trip yesterday and the performance of the bike exceeded my expectations. It ran just as well at higher altitude (as high as 11,000 ft), as it does here in the DFW area. The exceleration and ability to maintain speed, on steep inclines, was awesome. I could not be happier with the bike, or Grapevine Kawasaki. I highly recommend both."

" I lived in Lewisville for 8 years and when I bought my first Kawasaki I just gave Grapevine Kawasaki a try.
I was well tended to,,, Dave and Vern in parts were awesome right from the start. They were always happy to answer any question I had, and never gave me a feeling of being pushed or hurried. They encouraged me to take my time, they never gave me the feeling that I was not worth their time and they never charged me extra to special order parts or gear for me. Most of all I always felt like they had been assisting me but I never left feeling like I had been "sold" or "up-sold". I found myself going to them for all my parts and gear.
Dean the service manager was excellent. I never felt like he was pushing services on me that I did not need. I never felt like the service I received was anything but great. When he told me the bike would be ready at a time/day, it was. Sometimes it was ready sooner. More than once when I had need of little things (oil changes, tire changes, chain lube/adjust, for example) he was able to get me in and taken care of even though he was facing a full schedule. As with the parts guys I never left felling like I had been a bother or taken too much of his time. He went out of his way to help me plan my service intervals & duties to help group them in ways to save me a bit of labor hours on the visit.
On the occasions I had to see and talk to Dennis, the owner, he to was always happy to say hello. He talked to me like I was an old friend from the first time I met him.
On the 3rd Saturday rides I was able to go on, I had a really great time. they go out far enough to have a really nice ride without making it an all day road trip. The rides don't cost anything to attend (you do pay for your own gas and lunch of course) and they even provide some breakfast munchies at the store before you leave.
I hated moving to Climax and having to be so far away. I liked going to Grapevine Kawasaki,,, I liked the friendly easy going atmosphere. I guess the best way to say it is that it really felt kind of home-ish.
The short of it is, if you are looking for a shop to try, a ride to get in on, and a group of people who will make you feel comfortable while you shop, look, or just hang out and say hello, those guys will keep you wanting to come back time and time again. In my experiences with Grapevine Kawasaki you just can't go wrong."

"I would like to thank the entire staff of Grapevine Kawasaki
My brother and I were on a mad hunt for a 2008 KX65 all day Wed. of last week. My 8 yr old step son Landon Johnson needed a bike to ride in the area qualifier (Loretta Lynne) at Cycle Ranch as his previous bike was not stock because of a suspension modification. We only had Wed. to get one because we were leaving for Floresville, TX the following morning and had to break in the new motor etc... We called around to every shop in DFW trying to get the service and the bike that was right for us. Nobody was able to provide the immediate assistance that we needed nor did they act like they gave a hoot about our situation. That was until we called Grapevine Kawasaki. Matt (our sales rep) answered the phone with enthusiasm and compassion for our situation. He made it happen along with the mechanic putting the bike together at the last minute not to mention the owner OK’ing the whole transaction. From the minute we walked in until we left with our new bike it was total enjoyment. Everybody from the other sales people, parts people, mechanics, and owner were just terrific. It is really nice to see that customer service is still important!
This all made such an impression on me and my brother that we will take our business exclusively to Grapevine Kawasaki from this day forward. My brother Russell Smith has bought 5 or 6 new motorcycle from a Yamaha dealership in the last 12 months and you guys made such an impression that he is selling his bikes in order to take his business to Grapevine Kawasaki. So all of that being said I hope you all give yourselves a big pat on the back as you all deserve it.
One more thing Landon took that Kawasaki down to Floresville, TX and qualified for the regional race in June at Freestone County MX park. He is also the points leader in a local series on a 2005 Suzuki RM 65 but will now be riding his Kawasaki in that series and hoisting the trophies over his KX65 with pride
